Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
By using the Ergon Test (ergontest.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the test. We aim for plain language; if anything is unclear, write to us at contact@ergontest.com.
What this is
The Ergon Test is a free self-reflection diagnostic that helps you see what part of your work AI could handle and what part is uniquely yours. It produces a personalised written result based on your answers and a short conversation with an AI coach.
It is not:
- Professional career or financial advice,
- A psychological assessment or clinical diagnosis,
- A guarantee of any specific outcome regarding your job, employability or future,
- A substitute for human judgment.
The result is a starting point for your own reflection, not a verdict.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the test for your own personal use,
- Provide truthful answers to the best of your understanding,
- Not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service,
- Not use the test to harass or impersonate someone else.
Your content
Your answers, free-text responses, and conversation with the AI coach are yours. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:
- Generate your personalised result and store it in your account,
- Use your data in anonymised, aggregated form to improve the test, the scoring, and the AI prompts,
- Cite quotes from your responses anonymously in our content (e.g., a blog post about common patterns), without ever identifying you.
Your email is never shared with third parties for marketing, except for the newsletters you explicitly opt in to.
Intellectual property
The Ergon Test, including the framework (the 5 archetypes, the 4 vehicles, the scoring), the visual identity, and the website content, is the property of Salim Cherkaoui. You may share your personal result freely (the test is built around that). You may not republish the framework or content as your own.
Service availability and disclaimers
The Ergon Test is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in all regions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, damage, or decision resulting from your use of the test or its results.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
